From the very beginning of Conceptboard we tried to create an application which is so simple and intuitive that it wouldn’t raise any questions. Of course this is not possible, because there are always questions, problems and requests. And that’s good. It allows us to see Conceptboard from different prespectives and creates new ideas.
That’s why we’ve decided to facilitate these requests more professionaly in our new FAQ & Support Center. There are a lot of answers to frequently asked questions which you might like to search if you have a probem.
Or you get in contact with us directly. Simply submitt a request. Please feel free to ask and tell us anything. We also really appreciate feature requests though we cannot implement all ideas. There is also an open community forum which allows you to get in touch with other Conceptboard users.
